At the core of AEET's activities is the promotion of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that generate income and employment opportunities for the disadvantaged.AEET's priority funding sectors include: eco-tourism (including cultural villages), textile and garment production, agricultural production, and manufacturing. To date, its greatest achievements have been realized in the eco-tourism sector which has become increasingly viable at this stage of the country's development.
